Does suffering from a mild illness necessarily prevent driving?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

A mild illness, such as a cold or a seasonal allergy, does not legally prohibit driving in itself. However, it must not be underestimated: both the symptoms (fatigue, sneezing, headache) and the possible side effects of medicines can impair the driver's psychophysical abilities. Therefore, the correct answer says that it does not prevent driving, but it requires you to follow medical recommendations and take care. Thinking that no precautions are needed is a dangerous mistake that increases the risk of an accident.
