Is it permitted to transport people outside the seats designated and adapted for that purpose in vehicles?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

No, it is strictly forbidden. The General Traffic Regulations state that transporting people must be done exclusively in spaces (seats) designated and adapted for that purpose. Traveling outside these areas (such as in trunks, van cargo areas, or on the vehicle body) poses a severe risk, as occupants lack restraint systems (seat belts). Factors such as the trip duration (short) or the occupancy of the rest of the vehicle do not exempt one from complying with this safety rule.
