Is the circulation of animals permitted on motorways or dual carriageways?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

No, it is strictly prohibited. According to Traffic Regulations, animals (including animal-drawn vehicles) are forbidden from travelling on motorways and dual carriageways for safety reasons. The high speeds on these roads make the presence of animals extremely dangerous, creating risks of collisions or dangerous evasive maneuvers by drivers. The options suggesting exceptions based on visibility or police escort are incorrect, as the prohibition is absolute regardless of those conditions.
