How is a Personal Mobility Vehicle (PMV) defined according to the General Vehicle Regulations?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is 'Vehicle with one or more wheels and a single seat'. According to traffic regulations, a PMV is defined as a vehicle with one or more wheels equipped with a single seat and powered exclusively by electric motors, with a maximum design speed between 6 and 25 km/h. The other options are incorrect because a PMV can never have an internal combustion engine, and carrying passengers is strictly prohibited (it cannot be a two-seater).
