Must the 'L' plate (V-13 signal) identifying a new driver be reflective?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Yes, always. The V-13 signal (new driver) must be approved and, according to regulations, must have a reflective surface. The goal is to ensure that the plate is visible to other road users under any lighting conditions, allowing the driver's inexperience to be identified both day and night. Therefore, it does not depend on the time of day; the plate must be reflective by default.
