Which driving license authorizes driving a non-agricultural special vehicle whose maximum authorized speed does not exceed 40 km/h?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The Class B license authorizes driving non-agricultural special vehicles (e.g., construction or service machinery), provided their maximum authorized speed does not exceed 40 km/h. If they were to exceed that speed or their Maximum Authorized Mass (MAM) exceeded 3,500 kg, the driving license corresponding to their mass (usually Class C1 or C) would be required. Class A is for motorcycles, and Class C is required directly based on mass criteria for trucks, not being the specific answer for this speed exception.
