DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is the reflective vest. According to current traffic regulations in Spain (updated in 2026), all passenger cars must carry the following equipment: One high-visibility reflective vest (certified). It must be located inside the cabin, in an accessible place so the driver can put it on before getting out of the vehicle on interurban roads. The V-16 connected flashing signal (triangles are no longer part of the mandatory equipment). A spare wheel (full size or temporary use) or an alternative system (such as a puncture repair kit) and the necessary tools for changing it. Why are the other options incorrect? Spare bulbs: It is no longer mandatory to carry a set of spare lights due to the difficulty of changing modern headlights. Charging cable: It is not a mandatory item of vehicle equipment, not even for electric cars.
