Under what circumstances is the use of adhesive films or sun blinds permitted on a vehicle's windows?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

According to General Traffic Regulations, placing adhesive films, tints, or sun blinds is only permitted on the rear windows of the vehicle. However, there is an indispensable condition for this: the vehicle must be equipped with two exterior rear-view mirrors (one on the left and one on the right). Their use is strictly prohibited on the front windshield or front side windows, as they would reduce the driver's direct visibility.
