Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

No, it is not mandatory according to General Vehicle Regulations, although it is highly advisable. Regulations emphasize the driver's visibility; therefore, the driver's sun visor is an indispensable element to prevent glare and ensure road safety. In the case of the passenger, although the law does not require its installation, it is recommended to increase passenger comfort and avoid reflections or situations that could indirectly distract the driver.
