What is the maximum permitted alcohol level in exhaled air for novice drivers?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is 0.15 mg/l. According to Spanish regulations, novice drivers (those whose license is less than 2 years old) and professional drivers have a stricter limit than the general one. Whereas the general limit is 0.25 mg/l in exhaled air, for a novice it is reduced to 0.15 mg/l (or 0.30 g/l in blood). This measure seeks to reduce the accident rate among inexperienced drivers, since alcohol affects their driving abilities more severely.
