Welcome to DentroTest. The following terms and conditions govern the use of this platform. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Description of the Service

DentroTest offers a platform for taking online driving tests, with the aim of helping users prepare for their theory exams to obtain driving licenses in Spain.

An essential part of the service is free and includes access to tests and practice content. Some advanced features may be offered through DentroTest Pro, as described in these terms.

The service is provided as is, and Archivados Network S.L. does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Use of the Website

The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these Terms and Conditions. The user also agrees to make proper use of the services and/or content of the website and not to use them to carry out unlawful activities or activities that may constitute a criminal offense.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, for keeping contact information up to date and for safeguarding access credentials. DentroTest shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from a lack of diligence in the protection of passwords or devices.

3. User Account and Individual Use

DentroTest user accounts are personal and non-transferable. Access to an account, including access to free or Pro features, is intended for the individual use of the registered account holder and may not be shared, resold, rented, assigned or made available to third parties.

Sharing access credentials or allowing multiple people to habitually use the same account to benefit from a single Pro access is prohibited. This prohibition applies especially when use is detected that is incompatible with reasonable personal use, such as recurring access from locations, devices or patterns clearly associated with several different users.

If DentroTest detects reasonable indications of shared use of a Pro account, it may notify the account holder by email associated with the account or through a notice inside the platform. From that notice, the user will have one month to regularize the account use and stop any shared use.

If those indications of shared use persist after that period, DentroTest may disable Pro access for the specific affected license, without this necessarily implying the full closure of the account or of other unaffected Pro licenses. This measure will be applied proportionally and without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond to DentroTest in cases of abuse, fraud or use contrary to these terms.

4. DentroTest Pro and Payments

DentroTest Pro is an advanced access option that may include, among other features, unlimited mock exams, unlimited explanations, latest available questions, Anki mode or smart review, statistics and other study tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the payment screen, DentroTest Pro is offered as a one-time payment, without subscription or recurring fees. Pro access is purchased for a specific driving license. For example, Pro access for License B does not necessarily include Pro access for License A1/A2 or other licenses.

When a license has Spanish and English versions, both versions may be included within the same Pro access for that license. This availability may vary depending on the license and will be indicated in the service interface.

Pro access may be activated through an external payment gateway, such as Stripe. The user accepts that payment is processed through that provider and that its own terms and policies apply. DentroTest does not store full user card details.

In the event of a technical issue during activation, the user may contact DentroTest to review the payment and manually activate access where appropriate.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

As these are digital services whose access may begin immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable regulations if the user consents to the start of the digital service provision.

Without prejudice to the above, DentroTest may offer a commercial guarantee or review period when indicated on the payment screen. The specific conditions of that guarantee will apply according to the text shown at the time of purchase.

Users with DentroTest Pro access may benefit from the Pass Guarantee when they have completed the minimum volume of tests required by DentroTest for the relevant license and, even so, do not pass the official theory exam. In that case, they may request a review of their case and a refund of the amount paid for the affected Pro access.

To request the Pass Guarantee, the user must contact DentroTest at [email protected], indicating the associated account, the license prepared, the exam date and the information necessary to verify compliance with the guarantee conditions.

6. Features, Availability and Service Changes

DentroTest may evolve, modify, add or remove service features in order to improve the experience, correct errors, adapt the platform to technical or legal changes, or maintain the quality of educational content.

Although efforts will be made to maintain service availability, DentroTest does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or incident-free access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, force majeure events or incidents involving external providers.

Pro features will remain reasonably equivalent to those described on the purchase page, without prejudice to improvements, adjustments or replacements with similar features aimed at the same educational purpose.

7. Educational Use and Scope of the Pass Guarantee

DentroTest is a study support tool. The platform, its tests, statistics, explanations, pass probability estimates and personalized recommendations are for guidance and educational purposes.

No DentroTest content can by itself guarantee success in the official DGT exam. The final result depends, among other factors, on the user study, preparation, the specific exam, current regulations and personal conditions on the day of the test.

The Pass Guarantee is a commercial guarantee limited to reimbursement of Pro access when the user meets its specific conditions. It does not imply that DentroTest can guarantee the official exam result or replace personal preparation.

8. Prohibited Uses

The user may not copy, massively extract, automate, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit DentroTest content without express authorization. The user may also not use bots, scrapers, automated systems or any mechanism that alters the normal operation of the platform or overloads its systems.

It is also prohibited to attempt to bypass technical or functional limits, manipulate usage counters, access restricted areas, breach security measures, reverse engineer the service or use DentroTest in a way that harms other users or the platform itself.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, is the intellectual property of Archivados Network S.L. or third parties, and no exploitation rights over such content are granted to the user.

Test questions and content are based on official material from the Spanish Directorate General of Traffic (DGT) and are intended for educational purposes.

10. Accuracy of Information

Although we strive to keep information up to date and correct, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. Tests and explanations are study support tools and do not replace official training or DGT manuals.

Archivados Network S.L. shall not be liable for possible errors in questions or answers, nor for consequences that may arise from their use in preparation for official exams.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Archivados Network S.L. assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Archivados Network S.L. be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or its content.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the website.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Murcia.
