Profiles A to H are not in the current rules: since November 4, 2024, the DGT assigns one of the 6 profiles of Order INT/914/2024. The closest one is the alcohol and other drugs profile. Its questions are still useful for practice.

Before the exam
The exam is only for people who have lost all their points or have a sentence of more than 2 years, and always after the 20-hour course. Besides your profile, the common part is included: accidents, risk groups and rules. What the exam is like and all the ways to get points back.
